Situated only one and a half hours drive from Pretoria, the Waterberg Lodge forms part of the Zebula Golf Estate grounds. Waterberg Lodge is the ideal venue for conference groups, private parties and individuals looking for a break away from the hustle & bustle. Situated on a quiet corner of Zebula Golf Estate, the lodge features luxurious accommodation in the African Bushveld. The facilities include a fully-stocked bar and wine cellar, restaurant, conference room, television lounge area, swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

Accommodation

The Waterberg Lodge has 16 beautifully furnished rooms, each with a private deck or balcony. All rooms can be configured for single, double or twin occupancy. All rooms have mini-bar fridges, tea / coffee facilities, hair dryers and a digital safe. Each room has an en suite bathroom featuring a luxury shower and bath.

Dining

Our restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch daily. For larger groups, our resident chef will prepare the most delicious á la carte dinner using only the most sought after local ingredients. Our bar is open daily to 19h30 during quiet periods, and will remain open till late during peak times. Our wine cellar features local wines catering to all tastes.

Facilities

Your hosts are dedicated to personal service, and you will enjoy true African hospitality from our staff. Guests can also make use of all the activities and facilities offered by Zebula Country Club.

Location & Attractions

Waterberg Lodge is situated on Zebula, which has some unique venues which are also available at no additional charge, which includes a snake and Reptile Park, our lions and tigers from the Free State with the ability to view and pet baby Bengal Tigers and baby Lion Cubs. Our two cheetahs named Taran and Luka which will race up to 100km an hour only 10 meters away from you in our Cheetah Run which takes place every Friday and Saturday evening. We’re the only ones in South Africa to offer this incredible attraction.

The Spa

As a guest of the Waterberg lodge you also have access to our Zebu Health Spa. The spa has six treatment rooms, a raised deck for open air treatments, a bird garden, two large Jacuzzis, an indoor heated pool, spacious steam room and tanning booth. Our nine trained therapists will ensure complete relaxation of body and mind.

Conference Facilities

The Waterberg conferencing facilities comfortably cater for 30 people seated school room style. The facilities are equipped with modern conferencing equipment such as a projector and screen. There are several other areas in the lodge that can be used for breakaway groups, as required. Zebula’s Conference co-ordinators will assist you in planning your event, and ensure that it meets your specific requirements.
